At EKora, every candle is handmade with care. We want you to love your order, but if something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns:

Returns

As our candles are handcrafted in small batches, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are damaged or defective upon arrival. If this happens, contact us within 3 days of receiving your order  include photos of the damaged product.

Refunds

If your candle arrives damaged and you don’t want a replacement, we can issue a refund. Refunds are processed to your original payment method.

Return Shipping

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs (if applicable). We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
